Mo has been with Penn State Ice Hockey for sixteen years as an assistant and Head Coach of the men's ACHA Division II team and as an assistant with the ACHA Division I program. As head coach of the Division II team he amassed a 131-62-11 record and took his team to the National Tournament four times, including a final four appearance. This year Mo has also been selected to be the head coach of the US Women's National University Team which will compete in the World University Games in Turkey this coming January and February.

Grace Reuss- Assistant Coach
Grace Reuss is an Assistant Coach with practice and bench responsibilities. Coach Reuss played for the Lady Icers from 1997 to 2001 and is excited to be back on the ice with the team!
Rena Leone- Assistant Coach
Rena Leone is an assistant coach with practice and bench responsibilites. She comes to the Lady Icers after completing her playing career at Liberty University where she helped found the team and was the team captain. She also played at Chatham. She is also a native of State College.
Pat Fung- Assistant Coach
Pat Fung is an assistant coach with practice and bench responsibilities. Pat has been a long time assistant to Coach Mo, and took over as head coach of the Men's Division II team when Mo stepped down. After several successful seasons with the D-II team, Pat stepped down and has been an assistant with the Men's Division I team for several years. He has come on board with Lady Icers as well.
Mike Milligan- Assistant Coach
Mike Milligan is a senior lecturer in the History department at Penn State and has been an academic advisor for the Lady Icers since 2008. He helps the Lady Icers with scheduling, tutoring needs and other academic issues. He also lends a hand on the ice when he can.
Dana Wenger- Team Sports Manager
Dayna Wenger is entering her third year as Manager of Team Sports (M & W Ice Hockey and M & W Rugby), but she is no stranger to the Penn State community. A Penn State graduate, Wenger dedicated 12 successful years as the Track and Field’s Assistant Coach, primarily focusing on the men and women’s throwers. Wenger coached an NCAA Champion and 12 other All American Athletes in her tenure with Penn State Track & Field. She was awarded as the NCAA Division I Women’s Outdoor Track and Field East Region Assistant Coach of the Year. Wenger recently completed the 2010 NCAA/NACWAA Institute for Administrative Advancement in Atlanta, Georgia. Wenger has a Master’s Degree from Penn State in Higher Education. She currently resides in Boalsburg, PA., with her husband, Douglas Wenger, a Project Manager at Poole-Anderson Construction..
Marci Palmer - Administrative Assistant
A Centre County native, Marci Palmer joined the Ice Hockey family in 2001. Prior to that, she worked in the MBA Program in the Smeal College of Business. Marci's duties with the Icers include coordinating functions such as team travel, ticket sales, and special events. She also provides administrative support to the Ice Hockey program and the Icer Coaches. When men's and women's ice hockey and rugby formed as Team Sports in 2006, her role extended to facilitate the success of Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics' Team Sports.
Dr. Billie Willits- Advisor
Dr. Willits continues her work with the Lady Icers as the team's Advisor. After spending two years as the team's Head Coach, Dr. Willits now focuses on the management and business aspects of the team. In her first year as Head Coach of the Lady Icers, Billie led the team to the inaugural ACHA Women's National Tournament. In the 2001-2002 season, Billie again led the team to ACHA Nationals, where the Lady Icers finished in Third Place, accomplishing their highest placing ever in National competition. Billie has supported various teams in a number of capacities over the past fifteen years. Her philosophy is to encourage team effort, growth as a person, strong work ethic, leadership, and enthusiasm for the game. Dr. Willits serves as Assistant Vice President for Human Resources at Penn State and is a faculty member in the Smeal College of Business.
